Lighting Problem

This might be a possible bug with truevision 6.2 and since 6.3 might have the problem fixxed. I noticed a flow when lights are deleted and new ones are deleted that the references to the deleted lights are not entirely gone. I worked around this with my own ligh paging routine by deleting all the lights and just draw the ones near the camara. I know directx8 limits to 8 lights, not sure about directx9.
Also stencil shadows did not work right when I upgrade to a new video card (nvidia Geforce 6100 onboard from a nvidia Geforce3). The whole screen was shadowed instead of under the object.
