During install it comes with two errors:

First error box: "Setup: INS4F12.tmp - Unable to locate Component"
"This application has failed to start because dx8vb.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

After pressing ok a new box says this:
"Unable to register the DLL/OCX: LoadLibrary failed; code 126. The specific module could not be found."

(with the options abort/retry/ignore)

I didn't have this problem when installing in WinXP

Does anyone know what to do? It says Re-installing the application may help, but which application is it referring to? DirectX?

Its a known problem in Vista.
You must first get the DX8VB.dll from somewhere and put it in Windows/system32 folder, then register it (regsvr32 dx8vb.dll), then you can launch the TV setup.
We will think to a solution for 6.3 release Smiley
