Hey guys I'm having an issue with FindNodePath() in the CTVAI class.

Basically I'm getting a crash thats happening within the dll.  It's an odd one because I can call the function over and over again and it works fine, but some certain circumstances cause it to crash.

Basically I went through to make sure it wasn't just returning a null pointer to a path, and went through and made sure all the information I was passing through was valid.  I managed to get around the crash by dropping the value of the fNodeSearchRadius argument of SetNodeSystemParameters().  I can send through the project if you would like to have a look at it, but it's too big to post on the forums as is.

Just thought I would let you know, and if this is a known bug is there a good way to stop the crash, as I'm only just starting the pathing through my level, and it's likely to pop up again.

Thanks James (from the AIE Account)

Thanks for the report,

It's quite weird that there are crashes like that, I think the problem would be that sometimes there are no links between nodes because you reduced the search radius.

If you can post it in a sample that reproduces the problem, that would be very cool Smiley

What you could do also is add manually the node links instead of using Computegraph with search radius.
