John,

Just tried to use the converter and got an error saying that my beta key was invalid. The build date on the converter is 1 sep 2007, tried both command line and gui.

There should be no beta key at all involved now.
You have probably a bad version of the TV3D65.dll (c++ dll) which seems weird.

You have a beta MTV DLL on your system someplace.  Search the system, find it, and delete.  =)

John,

I uninstalled and searched for mtv3d65 and found that the converter that was installed with plugins did not get removed and was harboring the bad dll. I deleted the tv3d65 sdk directory monually then reinstalled and the only problem was that the converter could not find tv3d65.dll and I had to copy it to the tools/converter directory and now it works.

thanks, EB

Ok great, this is one of the issues I've got fixed for the next revision of the setups.  The missing TV3D65.DLL for the Converter should also be fixed this weekend when we release a new setup.  Thanks for clarification!
