Automation Error in VB 6

When i try tu run the first sample (VB 6) that came with tv3d it says:

Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)':

Automation Error

and when i press debug it send me to:

SoundEngine.Init hWnd

what is going bad?
what i must do?
