Hi

I also have same problem with convertor. When I want to convert 3DS file, Convertor says it is converted but there is nothing. I couldn't convert any 3DS file.

Ok once again:

the GUI convertor has a small glitch...
It can't convert models with a path that has spaces in it (like C:\Program Files\etc...)
Even the model itself can't contain spaces.
What you'll have to do is either put your model without spaces in the filename in your C:\ root, or you'll have to use the command line converter with quotes ("C:\program files\etc.."). That'll make it work as well.
maybe some post about this should be stickied? because we tend to get this question more n more here;)

Don't have any spaces in the path or filename of the converter folder, source model path, target output directory path.

I have made an update to the next release of the tools that fixes this.  This was a complete oversight on my part.  I also have added the ability for the converter.exe to exit with a valid return code, letting you know of success or failure, this can be used for build steps/etc to determine status.  The GUI was also updated to handle the exit code so that it will report properly, instead of always saying success.  =)
