So yeah, I spent a long time in a deep programming funk...

What's been up with me you may ask?  Well, child #4 is on the way...

I am officially out of the community college and at the university now, and formally accepted in to the college of education as a teacher education candidate.

I think my biggest block to actually PROGRAMMING is that I played WOW too much.  I have pretty much stopped playing WOW, so I find I have a ton of time now!

Anyway, a few things in the works...

I'm going to re-evaluate EEGUI and how it all works.  I'm not entirely sure which direction I'll take it, but I really want to make it more friendly for developing with.  I mean it's powerful and useful, but... there are some things I want to change.

For example... I have it all set up to allow you to use solid colors.  Why?  Who DOESN'T use a texture for everything these days?  The only purpose for a control that only uses a solid background color is for quick prototyping.

My plan is to have a default texture built in that will be used so things will always show up.  Just by doing this, a lot of the complexity (and memory usage!) of all controls will be greatly reduced.

Anyway... just saying I'm back...
