I was more wondering about the VScrollbar, since the text wraps, it doesnt really need an H scrollbar.

Sorry i was talking about the VScrollBar. As said, the textarea is buggy and will be fixed asap.
However, the scrollbar should show up when you resize the control.

Nice, a new toy!  I will start playing with it asap.  I was pretty deep into work with nUI.  A native engine might just be the thing that will speed it up a bit!

I was pretty deep into work with nUI.

It took me a while to make the conversion, but was worth it in the end. Lots of bug fixes and, compared to the way I had implemented nUI, Squid renders 10x faster than the same set of controls with nUI.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Im in need to know when a control was updated, can you add an "OnUpdate" and maybe an "OnRender" event in the class Control ? That would be helpful.

Besides, great application here! Keep on with Squid.

Regards.

The whole gui is updated and rendered every frame.
If you want to do your own drawing, inherit from Control and override Draw.

I'm curious what you're doing that these events would be helpful. What's the problem you've run into?

Im in need to access OnUpdate method since im creating my own classes overlaping Truevision and Squid. Therefore i dont want that my classes inherit on external libs.

If i have access to OnUpdate event, i can handle update actions with no need to inherit Squid.
