The SetEnvironmentMap doesn't seem to work with anything but dynamic water. I used to be able to apply it to a Mesh (I think it was 6.1) and I'd see a nice environment map layer over top the main textures, but nothing happens at all. I've noticed 2 or 3 people have asked the same thing on the discussion board but no one has been able to answer them. I'm assuming it's a bug.
