Bug #417: Missing: Mesh.RenderEx() accepting Instance data

TV3D SDK 6.5

Mesh.RenderEx() -- which accepts an array of InstanceData. TV3D can supply us with a TYPE called TV_MeshInstanceData which would hold a 4x4 matrix and color. In effect, I want to be able to tell 3d to batch multiple instances of a mesh. This can be a huge savings since only one draw primitive call would be needed, the vertex buffer would be set once for all of them and the amount of instance data passed would be much less in total than vertex Indices (let alone complete vertices)
